Late Arrivals: Check in at The Inn at Holiday Valley. Late arrivals are responsible for prepaying their security deposits.

Payment Schedule: 50% deposit is due within 14 days of reserving; Deposits are payable by cash, money order or personal check. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All payments must be made in US funds. A credit card security deposit is due upon arrival. Adjustments to

the above may apply for single night reservations or group reservations

Returned Check Charge: There is a $20 charge for all returned checks.

Security Deposit: A credit card security deposit between $150 and $300 is required for each property reserved. The amount due will vary with size of the suite and length of stay. Any lost or stolen items, damages or extra cleaning will be charged to the security deposit.

Smoking: SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTDOORS ONLY, ON OUR COVERED PORCH, and you will be charged for special cleaning if this policy is violated.

Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for all nights that you reserve regardless of actual arrival and departure dates. Weather and conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation, policy holds true as long as three major lifts are in operation.

Cancellations...

• 30 days or more in advance to receive a refund, less a $20 cancellation fee.

• 1-29 days in advance receive a refund less a $20 cancellation fee, providing property and all like units, are re-rented for the same number of nights at the same rate.

All cancellations refund requests must be received in writing.

Restrictions: Holiday Valley Rental Management's office reserve the right to restrict renting to anyone who is not over the age of 21. Property occupancy is limited to the number of guests a unit can sleep in beds. Failure to comply will result in eviction without refund.
